City, Country, River – The Inefficiency of Water Policies in the Periphery of Hessian Cities because of Multilevel Governance und Conflicts of Interest in the Context of the European Water Framework Directive (Working Title)


The Project wants to determine, in what way Multilevel Governance and conflicts of interest influence the inefficiency of the Hessian Water Policy. For this, three districts that export water into nearby cities and suffer from negative consequences of these exports will be analyzed.
