On the 9th of May 2025, the Research Training Group KRITIS and the LOEWE Centre emergenCITY organized a joint “Meet & Greet: Science Meets Practice” event at the emergenCITY Lab in Darmstadt. The scientific staff and alumni of the two research institutions presented the results of their doctoral and research projects and then exchanged ideas with their partner institutions about their relevance and opportunities for practice transfer during an on-site networking fair. The Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance, Boeing Deutschland GmbH, European Space Agency, German Aerospace Center, e-netz Südhessen AG, HiSolutions AG and others took part in the workshop.
